Welcome to Kemp Woods! We are thrilled to have you join our wonderful community. As you settle into your new home, we hope you’ll find Kemp Woods to be a peaceful, welcoming neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a strong sense of community.  Whether you’re here to raise a family or simply enjoy a quiet, suburban lifestyle, we believe you’ll love living in Kemp Woods.

 

As new residents, we highly encourage you to become part of the Kemp Woods Civic League.  Our Civic League (KWCL) is dedicated to keeping the community safe and well-kept, and there are various events and gatherings put on by the Civic League that help foster connections among neighbors.  Joining the Civic League is voluntary but for just $60 a year your donation helps keep our neighborhood the wonderful community we call home.

 

Our our site you will also find links to the Kemp Woods Constitution and Covenants.  All Kemp Woods residents regardless of whether or not they are Civic League members must abide by them.
