Committees
Thank you for stopping by to learn more about our Kemp Wood Civic League Committees.  We are always looking for more volunteers and would love to have you join our team.  Please let us know if you are interested in meeting our committee chairs and serving with us!

Architectural Committee

Architectural Committee l Committee Chair - Steve Arcipowski
The Architectural Committee is a group of residents who volunteer their time to ensure that the homeowners in Kemp Woods adhere to the Covenants, which help maintain and increase our property values.   Kemp Woods Covenants are a “legal, binding” document applicable to all residents, Civic League member or not.   Please take the time to read through them because they provide the rules that all residents must consider before starting with projects such as pools, fences, sheds, etc.

**** Currently, we need more volunteers for this committee to assist our Chairperson in handling Architectural Committee matters.  Any Kemp Woods resident or Civic League Member with an interest in helping keep Kemp Woods at its highest standard would be a great addition to this committee.  Please use the "contact us" feature at the bottom of the page, if you would like more infomation or if you'd be interested in volunteering.     ****

Landscaping & Front Entrance Committee

Landscaping & Front Entrance Committee l Committee Chair - Patrick Swafford

The Landscaping and Front Entrance Committee takes care of the front entrance sign and landscaping at the front of our neighborhood. Since this is the only entrance to our community, the appearance is vital by representing the standard of our neighborhood, property values and creates the "Welcome Home" feeling we all experience as we come and go each and every day.

We are always looking for residents who enjoy landscaping and willing to pitch in a few times a year.  We host "garden parties" which involve a few hours on a Saturday, a few times a year. If you are interested in helping us and joining this committee, please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
